3. Shipping Responsibility & Risk
Flo Quarterback ensures that your order is packaged carefully and shipped securely. We bear the risk and responsibility for your order until it is delivered and signed for at your specified address.
Once your delivery has been signed for, ownership and risk transfer to you, the customer.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@floquarterback.com before signing or within 24 hours of receipt.

7. Lost or Delayed Deliveries

8. Return Eligibility
