Ordering & Payments

1. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products, select your desired items, and add them to your cart. When you’re ready, click Checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. You’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after.

 

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal and other secure payment options displayed at checkout.
All transactions are encrypted and processed securely — we never store your payment information.

 

3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We start processing orders right away to ensure fast delivery, so cancellations or changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order.

Shipping & Delivery

4. How long will delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location and the items ordered.
Typical delivery estimates:

  • Domestic orders: 3–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–14 business days

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We proudly ship worldwide.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees — these are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price.

 

6. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey in real time.
If you haven’t received tracking information after 3 business days, please contact us.

 

7. My tracking shows “Delivered,” but I haven’t received my package. What should I do?

First, check with neighbours or your local post office in case the package was left nearby.
If it still hasn’t turned up after 2 business days, email support@floqbhat.com and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

 

Returns & Refunds

8. What is your return policy?

We accept returns if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order (and no later than 14 days from the shipping date).
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

9. How do I start a return?

Email returns@floqbhat.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.


Our team will reply with the return address and shipping instructions.

Please note: unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

10. When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.

11. Are your products authentic and high-quality?

Absolutely. Every product on Flo Quarterback is sourced directly from trusted suppliers and quality-checked before shipping. We take pride in offering premium items that meet or exceed our customers’ expectations.

 

12. What if the item I want is out of stock?

If a product is out of stock, you can sign up for restock alerts on the product page. We’ll email you as soon as it’s available again.

 

13. Do you offer gift cards or gift wrapping?

At this time, we offer digital gift cards that can be emailed to the recipient.
Gift wrapping options may be available during certain holiday periods — check the product page for details.
